This hotel was absolutely wonderful! The rooms were modern, clean and included amenities. We stayed in an executive suite that included laundry. Staff were friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast is a must and a deal whem booking with the room.

I recently stayed at your hotel for a week and while there were some positive aspects of my stay, there were also a number of concerns that I feel need to be addressed. Firstly, I was disappointed with the lack of flexibility when my flight was canceled by British Airways and I missed a day in London. Despite reaching out to the hotel, I was informed that I would not be refunded for the missed day. Additionally, upon arrival, I was dissatisfied with the room I was assigned, particularly the view filled with cobwebs and the limited TV channels available. Furthermore, I found that the housekeeping service was lacking, as they consistently left only two washcloths for four guests. However, I did appreciate the amenities in the room, such as the sink, washing and drying machine, and microwave. On a positive note, the location of the hotel next to Tower Hill Underground Station was convenient, and the on-site restaurant provided excellent service. I particularly enjoyed the meals served by your waiter Martin. Lastly, I encountered some confusion regarding the balloon service for my son's birthday. While Eli initially mentioned that it would be free to inflate five balloons, there was some confusion at check-out regarding a charge of £20. Fortunately, this was resolved after I reminded Eli of our previous conversation. Despite the challenges I faced during my stay, my family and I had a memorable time in London.

Great location! walkable to tower of london (across the street) and tower bridge. It is also at the corner of the bus stop for all major tour busses. Very comfortable hotel. Modernized rooms. A real kitchen for extended stays.

Great place overall. I was worried about the location, but it ended up being great. Our Executive Suite (I think) was very large and perfect for 4 people. It did, however, overlook the train tracks, which did make some noise from time to time. I'd definitely stay here again.

Excellent service. All the staff are extremely helpful and courteous Our court side view room was beautiful kept very clean and well stocked during our 7 nights stay. There is the light sound of the tube that passes by but city noises are to be expected where ever you go in London.

Staff is not accommodating at all . Upon several requests, even after booking 3 months in advance they couldn't get us a room on higher level . Rooms are extremely small unlike the pictures while booking. Same breakfast each day . No change at all . They just mix water in apple juices and berries juice to increase the quantities. Nothing worth the price paid. The noise level is so high at level 1 they have bus stop right at the window and it's noisy throughout the day and night . It was a miserable stay. Don't recommend at all.

The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. It has a nice restaurant which serves a great breakfast (a la carte and buffet) and dinner. The location is right beside Tower Hill (subway station) and walkable to several landmarks (Tower Bridge, Tower of London and The Monument). We were a family of four and we had a great time. Would definitely stay there again.
