Staff were professional and courteous. The concierge were extremely knowledgeable and helpful in activities for us to do either during the day or half day. Our check-in was excellent and we were provided a brief tour of where all the amenities were on property such as breakfast and their seasonal dining rooms and we're always readily available to answer all of our questions. Very pleasant small-ish hotel in a nice area of London. Lots to do close by, easy to get to and from by tube, taxi, Uber. Fairly quiet street, very quiet at night with double windows, even facing the street. The staff were all fantastic, very friendly and helpful, definitely a highlight. Highly recommend the Leopard Bar and the restaurant. The building is old, and the room is tight...but that's London! Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful location, Wonderful staff. Great breakfast. We had two rooms. One of them had noise from walking upstairs neighbors, quite loud in the morning, could not sleep after a while, but that was the only a small nuisance, if you wake up early to go out/visit anyway.

Great place! Clean room. The staff is wonderful, everyone is so helpful and professional. They clean your room and also do turndown service. There is room service available but didn’t use. There was fresh lemonade everyday and jazz music some nights. Rooms are smaller, but we’re from America and everything is giant so I’m sure the rooms are very normal for Europe. They do have some American outlets which was a plus. Highly recommend this hotel

room was small but very clean and bright, location was very good, breakfast fine but had to ask for Weetbix each morning. Staff helpful but a little over attentive at times with several waiters asking the same questions and the traditional floorboards while lovely, made eating quite noisy with waiters moving about in the main area. The terrace was lovely and staff went over an above to source me a milkshake and a cuppa on two occasions.

Our room was immaculately clean. The staff were friendly, helpful and attentive (the impression was that they really care about their guests experience). Relaxing in the leopard bar and listening to the jazz saxophonist while watching the bar staff make cocktails was like stepping back in time. The hotel is ideally situated near many interesting places to visit.

We were upgraded to a suite and it was fantastic! All the accommodations were great and our room was spotless. The bed was very comfortable and I loved the warm floors in the bathroom. We had a great visit and definitely will come back to The Montague
