Have stayed in many top hotels in London from the Lanesborough to the Ritz and Savoy. This measures up to all of them. All of the staff were exceptional throughout our stay. Loved the neighborhood. Less crowded with tourists and very close to Regents Park and REGENT STREET. FINISHES, DECOR AND RESTAURANTS ALL FIRST RATE.

I travel regularly for work and like to try out different hotels in London and unfortunately really disappointed in the value for money, £990 for a night in a really tired room, a bathroom that clearly needs a renovation and simple things missing like plug sockets next to the bed.
