The Grafton Arms Pub & Rooms far exceed our expectations. The rooms were large. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and all around they couldn't have been any more accommodating. Five stars without a doubt. You are missing out if you don't stay at the Grafton!

A great stay at the Grafton Arms and Pub, in a comfrtable, stylishly decorated, high ceilinged room with comfortable King bed and clean, modern bathroom. Second floor room steps away (no noise!) from the pleasant rooftop pub space for a pint and meal at the end of the day. Friendly service, quick and easy check in. Easy walk from the train stations, Underground station, cafes, restaurants, etc. Recommended!

Staff couldn’t do enough for us. Francisco was great! Easy and quick check in. Assisted with our luggage since no elevator. Nice having pub downstairs for quick bite and drinks. Very quiet after 10pm and loved rooftop bar. Room was spotless and very comfortable bed. Would definitely stay here again.

All of the staff were very friendly and helpful! The location is excellent, we easily walked to major points of interest, restaurants and transportation options. Our room was excellent with a very comfortable bed. The Roof top terrace is lovely, we enjoyed a delicious espresso martini after a long day of seeing the sites. Highly recommend!

Disappointed at the lack of amenities and service

We encountered just a couple of staff members, and they were fine and friendly. However, we were told that a manager would be on duty by 8 AM on Sunday to help us bring our luggage down from the top floor. There was no one to be found. Definitely take note that there is no lift! If you are shoppers like us + bad backs, this will be a problem. Also, for anyone who is allergic to mold, the tiles in our bathroom had a mold 🙁

Beautifully decorated, spacious room, good size bathroom with large walk in shower. Bed large and comfortable. Really struggle to think of anything that I didn't like. Lots of little details that made it more pleasurable - such as the magnifying mirror, nice cosmetics, slippers, good coffee and tea, biscuits and crisps. 10 min walk from Euston Station and 20 min walk to Leicester Square - perfect for a night at the theatre. Only criticism I would mention - access to the rooms are via quite steep stairs - so be aware of that - and also, we discovered late at night that if you wanted milk for your tea, it was available from the bar ... but bar was closed so had to do without.

Only drawbacks were the narrow 4 story walk up to our rooms carrying our bags and the noise from the hall was loud when people were there which was not too often.
