It was wonderful the hotel is fabulous especially the decor , Room was good size the beds were so comfy , The staff couldn't do enough for you , We had breakfast which was lovely and also booked the afternoon tea it was amazing the presentation was the best I ever experienced and the staff were outstanding especially Rajat and Nayan ..we will be back next year 😁
I want to share my experience at the hotel Unfortunately, I am disappointed with the service and the Dilly Hotel. The photos posted on website Demonstrate a new room our room was super dirty, broken and old Furniture over priced room. They rate themselves as a five star hotel, not even close barely a one star the worst hotel.
Worst hotel we have ever stayed in. Booked a junior suit for one night, and cost over £700. I booked it for myself and two children. There was only one bed for the three of us. The room was dark, dirty and had mould. The heating was on it the hotel and the room had no air conditioning and no windows that opened. Everyone i spoke to who were staying in the hotel said it was unbearably hot and several complaints were made. I honestly can not believe how run down this hotel is and im so disappointed we chose to stay here with so many other good options in London.
Birthday stay at the recently refurbed The Dilly amazing frontage and reception. Unfortunately this was spoilt by a view of a construction site and works of loud drilling and digging. We were offered a room change but I had already unpacked and we had things planned for the day. What would have been a good idea is to tell the guests when checking In that the room is next to a construction site!!!
How ever they did offer us breakfast for both days, the breakfast was very nice and an afternoon tea as a gesture of goodwill we are yet to book the afternoon tea as we had planned 2 days of excursions already.

Our annual trip to London for Christmas shopping. This year we decided to stay at the Dilly and its proximity to shops is second to none. The service was fabulous, the staff were polite and professional. We stayed in a Junior Suite which was spacious, clean and well appointed. The bed was really comfortable and the food at breakfast was well cooked, with good choice. We also enjoyed cocktails in the Piano Bar, a relaxing end to a day of shopping!The only negative was the Balcony club lounge. It was incredibly hot and the complimentary snacks were poor, not restocked and because of the heat were dried out. Drinks however had good choice and were readily available.
Overall we would stay again, it is a great hotel in a great location, just needs a bit of focus on improving the club lounge

Location is amazing, in the centre of London, next to Piccadilly. Very quick check-in process. Room was very spacious. Nice toiletries from the White Company in the bathroom. Nespresso coffee machine and a kettle with teas and coffees. Staff was lovely and helpful. Bonus for us was the pool, great with the children!

Good to get your head down and the breakfast was plentiful. However, the room was too hot.
