First there was no air conditioning. Second you could for life or death reach the front desk staff on the number they provided. Third the trains kept me up. Lastly the bathroom and the shower was so small I struggled to fit into it and I’m by no means big.

Very small rooms but do have a kitchenette. Pool was amazing, would go just for that. no AC but gave us fans. Beautiful lobby and very easy access via DLR

The roof top pool made this stay enjoyable. The lady on reception was not very helpful however. We had problems with our bed which we asked if someone could come fix .. no one ever came. There was a lovely tattooed guy on reception who said We could have a late check out and leave our car parked in their car park whilst we went for lunch after we’d checked out and then the following day the lady who was not helpful on the first day told us we had to move our car out which totally ruined our day and made us have to change our plans which put a real downer on the weekend. Staff need to communicate better if this is the rules of the car park. The rooms were small but cosy. Apparently all the beds are the same size because we had asked if there were any bigger ones as we were unsure whether we’d even fit two of us in the bed which for a hotel that size seems unbelievable .. but apart from the unhelpful lady on reception and small bed we managed to have a lovely stay.
