Would definitely stay again.
Very new hotel. It was clean, modern and fresh throughout. Staff were polite and professional. Only one towel in the room but staff provided a second without question when asked. Being unable to switch Aircon on/off in the room was a minor inconvenience, but reception were happy to switch it on when asked. The hotel is really convenient for tube station, literally a 2 minute walk, then straight into KX. Breakfast was ok, but only just. No bacon! Overall though, really good value place to stay.

Room was dirty with insects in the beds and in the bathroom. I asked to change rooms but was declined and then asked if they could clean the room and that was also declined. Management then refused to give me a refund for the 3 night stay I had prebooked even though I checked out the very same night due to the condition of the room. Very poor and would recommend not staying here.

A Little London Gem
Beautiful appointed, newly built hotel located 100 meters from Underground and with a safe and secure car park. Vibrant area plenty of local shops and amenities, and eating options, a little gem for London travellers. Helpful staff and managers. Returned twice now great location.
