Quick check in easy access nice clean room, was upgraded and the bar and bar food good, breakfast is a bit of a zoo, but go with the flow and it’s ok, if you go in the club room you can miss the crowd but you have to have the membership easy join when you check in

Excellent hotel if you want to be close to terminal 5. Getting to the terminal was super easy with the shuttle bus or if you dont have luggage the local bus with a stop just across the road. The room was very comfortable and we enjoyed the food at the restaurant.

Have stayed here before. Very close to Heathrow. Shuttle bus taxi and uber on site booking. Overnight parking payable at reception. Drop off free. Nice rooms comfortable bed good choice buffet breakfast. Very friendly staff at all levels.

Very happy with our stay
Very happy with our stay. The hotel allows dogs to stay in the rooms, which was ideal for us, as we were travelling with our dog. If there is one criticism, it is that the room has a very small window and no overhead lighting, making it very dark.

There is a hotel shuttle from the airport. It costs £7 each way and might be a 45 minute wait. Taxis are £28 and Uber £12. The receptionist are kind and helpful. One gentleman offered to take my postcard to a mail drop since they didn’t offer the service at the hotel.

Firstly, check in was very difficult as the hotel was packed due to several cancellations at Heathrow. It was disorganised when I arrived and we were just told to “wait in the lobby and someone would come get us”. This is after HOURS of delays either at airport or on planes. The room was upgraded which was nice, but it was freezing in the room. Air con was on. The shower has very little water pressure. Feels like a dribble of water. And then the shuttle came 5 minutes early and left without me, and the lady at the desk was not helpful at all.
