Everyone at the hotel was wonderful. Could not ask for a better hotel stay. The room was large, and clean, and the bed was so comfortable. A great treat after traveling all day.

Friendly service, surprisingly good food!
The concierge that checked us in was very friendly, and after we told her we were on our honeymoon, she sent up two glasses of sparkling wine with a handwritten note congratulating us. It was a very sweet touch. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant and were pleasantly impressed with the food, especially the tiramisu, which was better than the one we’d had in Italy earlier in our trip!

Hotel was beautiful and updated on the interior, but when we first arrived and saw the exterior, we were a bit surprised. The exterior was dingy and in need of a power wash and perhaps paint. Our room windows were very dirty and difficult to see out of. There is a disconnect between the exterior and interior. We would book here again.

When I arrived at the check-in time, 3:00PM, I was given a room on ground level that was an assisted room. Went back to the front desk and the individual told me it was all he had. Ultimately, he said he would try. At 4:00PM, I asked about the room and he turned it over to his colleague who put me in a regular room. After 10 hours flight, it was quite exhausting. Further, if you need courier service, you will not find it at the Renaissance.

I rarely leave reviews. I really enjoyed my stay. The property was clean. The staff was courteous and helpful. The chicken sandwich and salmon was delicious! Surprisingly, the food was great! I will stay again on my next visit!
