I stayed for 3 nights and there was no housekeeping visits for the entire stay. The toiletries and tea, coffee sachets etc were not replenished. Otherwise good value for money

The staff were pleasant. The hotel is rather 'tired' especially the bathroom. No Plug socket next to the bed for mobile phone to be connected. Breakfast was not as good as in the past. The 'hot food' was cold despite being on a heated plate - it had obviously been sitting for a while. The fruit salad is tinned rather than fresh fruit. Cheese was dry and not refreshed.

The room was very cold although a portable heater was provided. The children beds weren’t so comfortable and another pillow would have been appreciated.
When we come we were told that the breakfast would have been a bit tight due to a big group booking. Although I appreciate their honesty we ended up not booking the breakfast.
Reasonable room but now you pay for parking ( was free before ) plus breakfast was cold and smelt bad .

The room was rather dated and tired.
The TV didn’t work.
I went to try and close the window to cut out the noise of the busy M1 motorway and the handle was loose in its housing, when I tried to turn the handle it just came apart.
I needed a shave in the morning and there wasn’t any plug to fill the basin so had to do it with running water.
I couldn’t be bothered to complain as I was only stopping there for the one night and will never stay there again.
On the plus side, I do have to say the the staff at reception and bar/restaurant were very good indeed.
I certainly won’t be staying there again.

At 20 minutes before my checkout time, your cleaning staff decided to enter the room I was in without my permission demanding that I check out. At that time I was naked and about to dress up. Additionally, there was a No Disturb sign at the door.
I felt that was an invasion of my privacy and security at the hotel. I paid for the late checkout at 1pm which was not respected by the hotel.
I have been using the Ramada hotel for over two years and there I am very disappointed to be violated and receive such unprofessional service.
