The hotel is ok, it was pretty clean, the heat didn't work in my room so they gave me an electric radiator. I asked for feather free pillows but didn't get them (wrapped a towel around my pillow to sleep). The staff seem very disinterested in providing good service. It's a shame because it's really not a terrible hotel.
Our stay was lovely, the t bone steak with peppercorn sauce was very nice. The waiters at the restaurant were phenomenal. Our only issue with the hotel is there is no bell boy service, no one to help your with your luggage, you have to get your own trolley and sometimes there are no trolleys etc and we had 7 pieces of baggages, therefore this aspect was a night mare for us getting our luggages downstairs with no help. But apart from this, we enjoyed the hotel.
It was lovely. Good room with plenty of room and it was very comfortable. The decor was very dark. Everything was black, you couldn’t see the light switches because they were black on a black wall. But apart from that it was a good stay
Fantastic hotel, great service from front desk staff. Excellent facilities, including pool and gym. Perfect for refreshing if after a long day travel or getting ready for a flight
Super convenient location for overnight stay. They have a great kiosk in the hotel to book travel to the airport at any time of day/night which was a lifesaver for our 6am flight. Great staff, lovely restaurant.

Decor and facilities were great. Was very comfortable. I hated the self service check in and there wasn’t enough staff. In future have staff at the counter so the process is quick and simple. One man manning the machine also isn’t enough
Love this hotel. Is my second time staying here and would do it again.

Very very bad service
The stay was awful, the service and everything is worthless. Like we can't even use room service and also the phone in the room wasn't working . If any emergency happened we can't even call anybody still we tried them on their phone number still they are not answering the call.
