The hotel is fantastic! The beds are super comfortable and the room was spacious and cozy. The staff are respectful. The location is very convenient if you are arriving/departing from Heathrow as T2/3/4 are only 10-15 min away using public transports/taxis. There’s also the Hotel Hoppa service which stops in front of the hotel every half an hour and takes you directly to Heathrow. This is especially useful if you are carrying large bags and don’t want the 5 min walk to the nearest bus stop. The receptionists were very helpful and nice. The hotel is well decorated and beautiful. The hotel also has a well-equipped gym and a spa. The gym is in fact one of the better equipped hotel gyms I have seen. I have tried their restaurant and in room dining service. Food was excellent and so was the service from staff. Of course, the prices are on the higher end but I wasn’t expecting any cheaper given the reputation of Radisson Blu and the premium services/quality they offer.

Airport hotel with decent food
We booked this hotel as British Airways changed our flight time and we would have been unable to get to the airport on public transport at the new time. There was a queue at reception but it is an airport hotel after all. The receptionist who greeted us was friendly and helpful provided information on the early morning shuttle to terminal 5 and sorted out with the restaurant that we were running late because of transport and the queue. We ate in the restaurant. Both of us had the salmon and shared rosemary and parmesan fries with glasses of merlot and were pleasantly surprised to have both fish and vegetables which weren't overcooked! The room was comfortable, the air conditioning and shower worked. We had a very early flight so can't comment on breakfast. The staff we met were all friendly and helpful I would happily recommend this hotel

Some of the nicest and most hospitable staff I have seen travelling. The hotel itself needs renovation and modernisation but every member of staff we saw or talked to went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Parking was easy to arrange and public transport to and from the hotel was very easy and I guess that’s what you need at an airport hotel. Very good breakfast too.

Decent enough but dated decor and busy
We stayed here for a night before our flight. The hotel is easy to find and near Heathrow. There was a large queue at the reception each time we went downstairs. It’s rather a warren of a building and a few times we took a wrong turn. Our room was fine, a good size but a bit dated with limited plugs and no USB sockets by the bed (first world problems I know!). Everything worked and the room was quiet although the ac heating was noticeably noisy when it kicked in. The shuttle bus apparently took about 45 mins so we opted for a taxi. The guy was fabulous and it cost us £23 and took 10 minutes.

A typical Heathrow hotel with very small rooms. Not typical of Radisson Blu though. I have stayed in many and been impressed with the brand and chose this one for that reason. It does not compare to others in the radisson blu group. The food in the bar was dreadful and I would definitely not eat here again. The alternative steak & lobster restaurant on site was expensive. However having paid £46 for 2 mostly inedible club sandwiches & 1 beer I felt totally ripped off. The sandwich contained fried egg, chicken & heaps of garlic mayo. It was dreadful. The room was clean but very pokey. Nothing special like others within this chain. Won’t bother again
