The hotel location is excellent, everything is on the doorstep and the non-reception staff were very helpful, the reception staff seemed too busy to be anything other than functional. The room was comfortable but the roller blinds rattled all night due to the wind outside, the windows were not sealed well and it was cold. Someone was sent to check the AC. The room was also at the very back of the hotel, up some steps and I felt it was not worth the money paid for it.

The hotel is well located and very close to the underground. Room was small and bed was a single, not a double as advertised. The bathroom smelled terrible (like sewage). Other than that, bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good.

I booked 2 rooms. The twin room was really good but the double room had a very old carpet with stains on it. Kettle was not working and the staff were quick to replace it.

The hotel and staff were brilliant. Slight issue with the room, but that was corrected by an excellent staff member at front desk. The Steak and Lobster restaurant was in a nice trendy part of the hotel and the food was brilliant. Overall, great experience and highly recommended.

C'est premier visite à Londres avec mon mari et nous sommes satisfaits de séjour de 2 nuits avec une chambre Familliale spacieuse et confortable. For the price it was nice
The hotel was centrally located for my needs and was very cheap (for London). The staff were excellent and very helpful. The condition of the hotel was ok but could do with some general maintenance. I’ve booked to stay again, purely on location, price and staff friendliness.
