The room was comfortable & clean. Felt awesome the first night. BUT, the following day the room was not attended: beds were not done, shower not cleaned up and no towels changed. I notified the front desk & was told that low on staff & will make a note to have room clean the following day. The next morning before leaving, asked if they had on file about my complaint & request about the room, which had not been recorded. Upon my returned, the room has been taking care of.

Great experience! We stayed at the property for one night but from the suite to the breakfast service everything was top notch! The staff were really friendly and helpful and the rooms were well equipped and spacious. Will definitely come back again!!

There were drunk people partying until 3:30AM with you apparent effort to stop by hotel staff. Should have called the bilaw or police if they wouldn’t quiet down. Absolutely ridiculous. My son had gold medal game the next morning. I want compensation from the hotel for this.
