really comfy apartment w 2 bedrooms and nice living area. But getting online was like playing black jack, a real strike happens rarely, sometimes it took more than 8minutes to simply get authentification, then building up a site another 3 minutes, no go. I had to go to a coffee shop to be online. Lock of main door was opening after about 4 minutes of trying, pushing, pulling, moaning loud, etc. I called reception (about 15-20mins bus drive away), they told me, the lock would be a bit tricky and I should just continue to try, could turn the key, but lock did not open.
these two facts have pulled down my quotes by at least one point, as being easy to fix and both known to management, clear lack of client service. On top I was not assuming, the apartment is that far away from reception, not in Campden but next village north.
I will not come back as not sure where I land up next time and how difficult it will be to get in and online. Pity as the apartment was in good shape, clean, generous and nice.
