Worst experience ever staying at a hotel. Bed was terrible needs a new mattress. People living in the hotel with kids running wild far to much noise . Avoid at all cost better to spend a bit more for somewhere else. Also they make you pay a £100 fee in case of any damages but hold on to the money for a week,

Bathroom door couldn't close or lock. Room and bathroom was clean. Receptionist lady was nice. There was security at entrance, otherwise the hotel wouldn't seem safe. I'm guessing the hotel is also being used as temporary accommodation for people waiting for a house or could be asylum seekers waiting for permanent accommodation. (I could be wrong).
Property is clean everything is ok.
I booked different room but staff gave me average room and in email they mentioned you pay £50 deposit but they changed me £100 totally different to what they show to people on website
The reception is awful, the advertising is misleading, there is no restaurant or dinner service, the hotel is very dirty, the room is boxes small 45cm width windows and only the top window can be open, no curtain so woken up early no tea and coffe available in the room . Fir the price you can gind better hotel. NOT recommend and after 3 days still still vaiting for the refund of my deposite

Toilet seat broken, carpet stained, no customer service from reception( having dinner, requested for a fan several times and never came to tell me there wasn’t any until I was checking out)
As soon as I was checking in greeted with reception having an argument with customers.on my booking had breakfast included but get told I cannot have any as they have decided to close. I showed evidence and the manager decided to delete my email. Very rude and unhelpful. Would not recommend to anyone. Broken lights in the room and no fans. Or tea or coffee in room but there was a kettle. Customer service does not exist. You will be lucky to get a smile. Minus 5 stars and that’s generous. I contacted Expedia who said would get back to me via chat but have not had a word from you. Shocking and bad.

When we arrived we were told we would be staying im the sister hotel,which was a few mins drive away. The staff in the sister hotel were very polite and checked us in quickly.
Our room was standard and smelt clean but the carpet dressing table and walls were covered in marks and stains,which is not what you expect to see. It needs decorating and updating.
