This is a trendy property in the best way. Excellent staff 24 hours. Very nice rooms. Great lobby, rooftop lounge and decent gym. The area is great for walking and exploring a part of the city that I hadn’t visited before. I would stay there again

Our stay was very pleasant. The rooms were nice however I have been extremely disappointed to still be waiting on my £100 deposit back 22 days after check out. It was not explained to me that this would take so long and I see several other reviews highlighting the same issue. I have never experienced this is any other hotel. Upon raising this staff have been unhelpful and my issue is still not resolved. If I had known the deposit would have taken this long to be returned to me I'd have not stayed in this hotel and certainly won't be again.

The hotel was very clean and bright with a rooftop bar and kitchen, lobby food options and a coffee shop as well. The staff was incredible, they were so helpful and kind and I felt very well taken care of. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. I also loved that they had sparkling and still water stations on every floor. Such a great experience.

Great stay!
I had a really wonderful experience staying here, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Room service was great, the hotel was in good conditions and located in a great part of London, accessible to transit, shopping, and food. Would recommend and stay here agian.
