Properly had issues with water heating! Boiler didnt give us hot water all the time. Bathroom bath could not drain the water properly and after few mins of shower water started to leak out from the bath as it couldn’t be drained out properly. Carpets were not cleaned or hoovered properly before we moved in. Whole appartement was kind of dust smell .

Love but noisy apartment!
Apartment was lovely, really clean and well proportioned. Lamp in living room does not work, when checked the button to turn on/off was held together with duct tape. only 1 wine glass in cupboard, no instructions for hob, so we had to google. Knives in drawers not sharpened so was impossible to cut anything up. Windows could do with triple glazing, as the noise from the train station nearby woke us up through the night on both nights.

Good size and clean although shower was very tiny. Doors were very creaky and there were not enough plates and glasses etc. we paid for parking spot and one night we came home to find someone else parked there.

The proximity to the National Railway line is a bit uncomfortable, but it also makes for quick transit around London. So, it's a trade-off.

They have a £350 deposit which isn't communicated at any point until your are at the front desk trying to check in. Paid £620 before arrival to find they wanted more from my credit card as I quote 'you may take the tv with you'

Out in the suburbs. We enjoyed the train rides.
It was good to have the use of a complete apartment. It was a perfect situation for me and my two teenage boys. We had privacy and family.

VERY NOISY PLACE - JUST ON TRAIN LINE !
In front building there is a train line and train passes every 3-5 minutes . They dont write this info on details. Its very noisy and not possible to relax even at night time.. And flat smells heavy like wood. If you like to listen heavy train noises then its a perfect place to stay !!!

広くて駅からは近いがお湯が出ない
お湯がすぐに出なくなる。 シャワーは使いにくい。 スタッフからの説明はろくになく、トラブルがあっても全く対応してくれない。 部屋は広いが安っぽい。 wifiもすぐに使えなくなる。 駅から近いのだけが取り柄だが、用事がない以外この寂しくて何もない街に滞在する意味はない。

Het appartement gebouw staat vlakbij het drukke spoor en merkten hierdoor veel treinverkeer. Uiteindelijk went dat wel. De service was uitstekend! Bij een lift probleem was men binnen 15 minuten ter plaatse.

Hôtel bien placé et propre
Appartement très propre, environnement calme. Un peu loin du centre de Londres mais proche du train pour rejoindre le centre (attention, la ligne était en travaux durant notre week-end, nous avons donc dû prendre le bus+le métro pour rejoindre Londres, environ 1heure de transport...)
