The check in process itself was very slow because the system wasn't working so we had to wait for a long time after an overnight flight with a kid and they don't even ask for a glass of water to the little kid. The room then was a big disappointment.The space in the room has not been utilized well and does not have basic facilities like even a space to keep your clothes.No dental kits or body lotions. There are three lifts and minimum one is always not functioning.They serve the same breakfast everyday and if you reach after an hour of the breakfast start time then everything will be gone and dsnt get refilled. No bowls, no cups, no glasses in the second half of the breakfast time.The housekeeping service was also not the best on the first day but the second day was amazing and was done by Yveline.The third day I mistakenly left the do not disturb sign outside the room and left the hotel for the day however I realized and called up from outside at the reception to inform about doing the room but when we came back in the evening it wasn't done.I called up at the reception to atleast refill my water bottles and provide with bath towels but even that wasn't provided until we called them again in 40 mins.They don't have a fridge or microwave in the room and with a toddler it's needed. On one day when we requested them to only warm up the food for the kid that we got, they refused it.Location is great however and very close to all modes of transport and the female chef was great.
