The property is very close to Heathrow Airport. Staff was amazing on arrival and offered two welcome beverage options. We arrived earlier than the standard check in time but they accommodated us with an early check in AMAZING!!! Late in the evening I enjoyed a drink at the beautiful bar in the lobby before heading out with friends. Thank you MOXY !

The room had everything I needed for a one night stay at Heathrow. The downside was that this hotel does not have a restaurant, as the adjacent restaurant closed before the pandemic, but has a cafe where you can order bar food. The bar food, however, was surprisingly good - I had a vegetable curry that was better than many dishes I have had at other hotels at Heathrow that do have restaurants (I have stayed at most of them over the years!). The price for a stay was extremely good.

Hotel is marketed as "Heathrow Airport", but it is not anywhere convenient-it's 3 miles from the airport and located in a crappy area that isn't walking-friendly. It takes over an hour to get there (30 min by bus or taxi, plus about another 30 minutes of waiting if the airport is busy). The hotel concepts seems to be "do it yourself": find your own dinner via Grubhub, Doordash, etc, and order your own taxi/Uber. In the room, pillows were horribly lumpy, the shower door wasn't installed correctly and kept sliding open, & drain was clogged as well. Building was clean, but nothing else to recommend it.

This place felt like it was trying to be a hip boutique hotel on a cheap budget. The lobby/bar/reception/restaurant area (all one) had very loud foreign club music playing. (I can't believe this is part of Marriott.) The dinner choices were reheated packaged food, or Boboli premade type crust with microwaved toppings for a pizza. Most of the tables not wiped down and all of them were dirty with crumbs and spills. The room had a 'pop art' mural that I wouldn't think is appropriate for young children, as it had very suggestive aspects to it.

My room door did not automatically close and needed to be pulled to latch. One day, the cleaning staff fixed up the room, but did NOT latch the door closed. Fortunately nothing seemed to be touched. Another guest I was talking with over breakfast said his door also did not automatically latch shut. Also, the location wasn't great, since not close to any tube stop. The Breakfast was quite good, room was nice, property was clean and staff was very helpful.

I had just come from another MOXY which was in tip top shape so the conditions here surprised me. The bathroom needed a serious cleaning. Overall, it is an airport hotel and quick taxi or bus ride to Heathrow. It just felt like it needed a good cleaning.
