I chose the hotel for proximity to Heathrow Airport.We arrived at 1:45pm, our room was ready, but due to check in time of 3:00 pm, they would charge me 30lb (39.00). For a late check out, they charge 10lb (13.00) per hour. I travel yearly and have never encountered this with any other hotel. Also, our room was facing the lobby area. There was only one window and it made the room very dark without natural light.

This was a basic airport hotel. The room was clean, bed uncomfortable and air conditioning lacking. We arrived about three hours prior to check in, and even though our room was available, it would cost 30 GBP to get it prior to their standard check in. An easy decline and walked down the street to McDonald’s.

Great for LHR.
Our gonto choice whenever flying out of LHR. Parking is good and reasonably priced for the night. Check in is very efficient and the staff are professional. The on site Carluccio's means that you will always get a decent evening meal and a good breakfast.

We have used this property on numerous occasions when flying out of Heathrow. It has an excellent shuttle service to the Airport and very friendly staff at hotel. Only small draw back are the dining options and very little alternatives in the area.

Great hotel in a great location although not the easiest to get to the airport which is right there ( not really their fault as roads around there are chaos). Room was good,clean and very comfortable bed and pillows.The restaurant had excellent food and choices for dinner.

Made good use of the gym, pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. Food at Carluccio's was great (dinner, breakfast). Quiet room ( high floor) and very comfy bed. Staff all very helpful.
