Great location walkable to St Paul's and Millenium Bridge in 2 minutes and mutiple Underground stations/lines. Nice property with a good breakfast buffet and rooftop bar with cool view. Gym and Pool are also very nice. Concierges were very helpful and always on duty.

We loved everything about the property and staff. Seems like type of the room we booked was not available, but hotel made it even better for us, offering two separate rooms (teen kids were thrilled) for the same cost. Staff is incredibly helpfull and friendly. We even discovered that our rooms were made even though we had "do not disturb" sign left on the door. Hotel is walking distance to Tower and Parlament, if you are a walker (approximately 30 minutes either direction). The only thing we did not like is how anxious spa staff was to kick people out in the end of the day by shocking the pool (very very high chlorine) and closing saunas for maintenance way before closing time. Hotel staff did their best to compensate for that experience though, which was really appreciated.

Was a lovely hotel. The hotel was clean and tidy. Rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Spa was spotlessly clean and tidy, and pool was really nice temperature (same for jacuzzi). Breakfast was great (esp as hotel was quite busy).

Let down by a couple of silly things
Hotel was nice. Could not get access to our room early unless we paid £30 although it was available. Shower desperatley needed descaling and bed very hard but noce quality and very nice room. Staff all very polite.
