Close to King's Cross & Euston train station for easy access to London underground including Heathrow airport. Also for trains to other locations in England & Scotland. Close to a pub with excellent food, The Skinners Arms. As well, many lovely breakfast & coffee places. Rooms were clean & quiet, beds very comfortable, shower had consistent hot water.

Staff were excellent but the premises were very small. We’d have struggled with stairs but staff were so helpful with luggage. Also great parking service even though extra cost. Great location for the Eurostar

It was intersting to stay by the canal. Clean and spacious rooms, plenty of towels, a kitchen with the usable utencils, a supermarket is in 10 minute walking distance and a bus stop is right across the street. Staff was efficient and quick to respond to inquiries. I'd stay here again.

Good for the budget, but way too loud.

Jesmond Dene was just ok. Standard and nothing to write about. Hotel room was quite small but comfortable and clean enough. Area around was loud and you could hear everything from the lobby phone ringing, sirens, pubs nearby and the room next door...especially everyone coming up the stairs. They should invest in sound proofing the rooms...especially the ones on the 1st floors. This was the biggest issue. Staff was nice upon entering and exiting my time here. Area is convenient but it's like staying in Time's Square. Won't be booking again in this area.

La gente que atiende hace lo mejor que puede. Fueron amables, educados. Pero el hotelito en su afan de hacer dinero maximixa el espacios al limite. Un closet para tres personas en un dungeon. Ademas las escaleras de bajada son inseguras, estrechas y sin pasamanos. El telefono del cuarto no servia, la tele tampoco. En fin, no creo que quiera volver. Prefiero un hostel.

Rooms need improvement & are so small! First room with 3 beds was tiny down in the basement with a very small window - was a cupboard rather than a room! Requested double & single bed on booking but was given 3 small singles & told rooms allocated on first come first served basis! Had to pay for a bigger room with windows but had to drag all our suitcases up 3 sets of steep stairs! Disappointing start to holiday.

The hotel was located close to King’s Cross St. Pancras station which made it easy to get to from the Heathrow airport and to leave on the Eurostar. The staff were very friendly and attentive to any issues we had.

Wonderful staff. Was upgraded to the 4 star portion of the hotel (vs 3 star room) by the staff (because it was a heat wave and no air conditioner available in the room we booked) so review is for their sister property. The hotel has both 3 star and 4 star wings/rooms and I would definitely recommend booking the 4 star rooms over the 3 star rooms (there’s a huge difference). The 4 star rooms are newly renovated, modern and clean. Staff are amazing and extremely helpful. Location right by Eurostar terminal for our early departure. Highly recommend their 4 star sister property (the suites).

Very close to train station. So just walked with our cases, the people on reception were very nice , our room was a double with a shower and toilet , it was smaller than I was expecting and due to the very hot weather the room was very hot , it had a fan and we asked for another fan which we got no problem and it did help a lot ,

Excellent family room comprising of a double bed and two singles. Ensuite bathroom. Location was ideal with Kings Cross station a 3 min walk. Staff were friendly and very accommodating.
