Great property, very close to underground. Walkable to all major shopping areas .
No phone in the room(ehhh big drawback).

I was disturbed by work men at 8:00am banging and sawing. When I told reception he told me I couldn’t have been as they don’t start work until 9:00am.
No lie in for me.
Very relaxed front desk not great big desk like other hotels, busses stop just outside. Not sure what’s around as went different places. No toilets on ground floor after a long bus ride it was an issue for me. It was cleaned everyday, staff in restaurant were welcoming and friendly.
