So, so...not sure I would stay here again...
Upon arrival we were pleased with the amount of parking. There is a FEE to park at this hotel. The description under amenities just says - "Parking available" Was not happy the main elevators (2) one was out. When speaking with another quest, they had sad it was out the entire time for their stay, which was going on 2 weeks!

Elevator was taking a break -so hiking up to the 4th floor was a bit inconvenient. The lobby was constantly full of people so perhaps you need to get more elevator priority

A former Travelodge hotel. Beware!
One of the lifts was out of order so it took 20 mins to reach the ground floor. The bed had a top mattress & my back felt it the next day. No support. This is a former Travelodge hotel & it shows. Location is ok as there is a bus stop outside to take you to the airport. Would I stay here again? No.

The room was small and basic, but met all my needs- mostly clean and well maintained, bed was comfortable for me (mattress is kind of hard which I prefer). There is a water kettle in the room with packs of instant coffee, tea and sugar. It’s 10 minutes from London Heathrow airport by bus (Hotel Hoppa bus- around 8 dollars or bus 111 about 2 dollars). It’s also 30 min walk or 10-min ride to the Hounslow West tube station.

Nothing wrong with this place! For the price and location, it was absolutely fine. Even the bar/food was good value. Don’t get me wrong, I would book this for a vacation or honeymoon, but a doss down before an early flight, it’s perfect!
