Room was comfortable and very clean. Staff were helpful and courteous. Just outside the hotel doors you can catch a bus to Heathrow airport at scheduled times for a reasonable fee. Food at the hotel restaurant was very, very good. We would stay here again.

Way way too expensive. The taxi to the hotel costs 20 pounds from Terminal 5, and as much returning to the terminal. Not a word about that in the marketing of the hotel on Expedia. Really disappointed, also disappointed with Expedia
