We loved our recent stay at Hotel Saint! It’s a really lovely hotel and whilst our room wasn’t huge, it was really modern & comfortable with all the amenities that you need for a short stay. Our room was also located nearer to the back of the hotel & it was so peaceful that we almost forgot we were in Central London! It’s also an ideal location to walk to some of the nearby attractions & shopping areas and right next to Aldgate tube station too so very easy to get around. We’d definitely stay here again in the future.

This may be the best hotel experience I’ve had. Clean, great location, steps away from the train and still very quiet. The rooms were spacious and the amenities were numerous. I will definitely stay here again if I have the opportunity.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much. The TV/coffee tea area was not well lit, the TV was at a slightly uncomfortable angle for viewing from the bed. We only had bath sheets on the last day, the shower towels prior were rather small. The staff were very pleasant & helpful. The flower arrangements in the lobby were lovely!

The hotel itself is very nice and modern but the service was awful. This was the only hotel out of 4 during my trip who wanted to charge me for laundry service and the price was ridiculous. We also tried to go up to the sky bar and we're told it was too busy and if we're staying in the hotel to "try another night", which wouldn't be possible if we were leaving in the morning. What a terrible way to treat your guests. The service at the Cardinal restaurant was the only good service in the entire place. Would not recommend.

Excellent stay in a great location
We had an incredible stay with an upgrade to a suite. This is the best place we've stayed in London and especially for the price - we don't normally stay anywhere too fancy in London due to being way out of budget, but we were really impressed and the service was fantastic from everyone we dealt with during our stay. We also ate in the restaurant which was excellent and took advantage of the 2 for 1 cocktails. The rooftop bar has phenomenal views but pricey as per London. It couldn't be in a better location either, just a 10 min walk from Liverpool Street station, and literally next door to Aldgate station.
