The hotel's location is excellent. The rooms are small, but the bed and linens are good. We booked a room with a king-size bed only to find out that a king-size bed in the UK is like a queen-size bed in the USA. The tube station is close to the hotel, and several dining options are nearby. I would stay here again.

The hotel is in dire need of a refurb, my room was appalling. It’s was clean but there was a fridge just in the middle of floor, a door handle was missing and the skirting boards look like thy had recent water damage. I used the swimming pool which was warm and clean, but the changing rooms were shocking dirty and in a state of disrepair. The breakfast was very average and the coffee was not great. They used powdered milk. The area around the hotel is brilliant but I would not stay there again.
