Great spot to launch adventures around London. We did lots of walking but also super easy access to the tube to and from Heathrow. Tons of great food options around the neighborhood and a great hotel breakfast!
Great location, easy to get in and out of the city. The staff was wonderful. The hotel is well maintained. The beds were very firm rooms are very clean and plenty of amenities.The breakfast was amazing also I had the pleasure of speaking with one of the managers and she’s was very friendly I will recommend this hotel to anyone that visited London .
The windows were not able to open. Room was a little bit stuffy. Bed was comfortable. Janet, the lady on the front desk was very helpful as she kept my son’s package of cheese which he was taking back to the USA in the hotel fridge. Breakfast was okay, only one type of egg which was scrambled and I would think we powdered instant eggs.
Absolutely brilliant hotel really clean and comfortable, Maurice at breakfast time really made our stay that bit better, wonderful recommendations and always had a smile, we will be back.
Very happy with stay. No frills in room but it was clean and extremely quiet, as requested. Bed very comfortable, and good pillows! Any staff we met were friendly with a smile on their face. Bus just around corner to tube station or easy walking distance. Would happily stay again.
