The evening menu wAs limited to chips type meals. Not much by way of meat, veg and gravy. It was clean and comfortable. Some rooms need refreshing and look tired and dark. All staff were very pleasant. We had no hot water one morning but in general it was good pressure.

We really liked this hotel as a stop on our London trip. The room was large and had all the basics that we needed (hairdryer, water, tea, etc). The rooms are a bit older, but maintained well! Honestly, if you are looking for a clean and affordable hotel, this is a great option! The breakfasts buffet was great (especially for my kids!), they have a ton of options and are very well staffed. We stayed in 3 hotels on our trip and this was our favorite. The only down side was that it’s a bit of a bud ride into the main part of downtown (20 min), that didn’t matter much to us.

Nice hotel. Rooms are larger than average for European hotel rooms! Very nice breakfast spread. Would stay here again. A little further away from the city center but everything is still accessible via public transportation.

I checked in after check in time at a very busy period. The process was very poor and selective, to then be told my room was not ready. I was given a voucher for Costa coffee and told someone would come and notify me when room available. After 40 minutes there was no notification so I went to the check in desk to then be asked the same questions again and given a room but told there were no twin rooms available. I find this totally unacceptable as I specifically booked and paid extra for a premium twin room. There was a very good selection for breakfast. Location of hotel is in a desirable spot.

It's a great property with clean rooms, great breakfast, nice restaurant and bar area, and is right on the bus transport line in Kensington. There is a lot that is walkable. It is also close to the Kensington Olympia train station.

Hit or miss.
London was warm and the air conditioning only made a noise, no cool air. The bathroom door locked and then had to fight to unlock. The shower head was broken. Had to hold it by hand and shower ourselves down as the water came pouring out the back. Only booked for three nights so didn't want to spend the time complaining and swapping rooms. On booking out, we informed them of the problems and was told " ok, we will inform maintenance" No apologies. This was the second time staying at this hotel. The first time we booked a bigger room and it was fine but unfortunately, due to this, will now look at others.
