The worst experience ever. My room had a bad AC and I managed to sleep the first night because I was exhausted from a long trip. Complained the next morning and they promised to work on it, which they did, because my suitcase was covered in dust and soot (obviously from the repairs and no attempt to clean after). AC became worse at night and at 1 am, I called the Guests Service. They offerred a fan, with the promise that I would be upgraded the next morning. Barely slept that night and by morning, I had taken ill. Took several calls, before I was moved to a smaller room at about 12 noon, which I immediately rejected. Finally moved to a similar room at past 2pm, after several calls and a demand to speak with the GM. AC in the new room was okay, but I was already ill from the previous day and kept sneezing in the new room. Searching for a paper next morning, I peaked under the bed and saw a mountain of dust and dirt!! Obviously the reason for the sneezing. Quickly opened the window, took a shower and left the room with a note to the room attendant to clean under the bed (I have a picture of both note and the dusty area). Slept better for the first time after 4 days in the hotel. On checking out, called Concierge, Guest and room service consistently with no response and gave up after several calls. Moved 2 large and a hand luggage myself from the 5th floor, up to the waiting car, and not a single staff was concerned and all seemed unbothered. A total nightmare.
