Lovely place to stay, we were on the bottom floor the room had a skylight which was fab. Breakfast was okay they have a waffle maker which was a hit with the kids. Staff amazing so lovely and friendly. Our room wasnt ready when we g8it there but they gave us all a free drink and a bag of sweets for the inconvenience which was great. 5 minute walk to the tube station. Kfc, McDonald's, Greggs and starbucks all 5/6 minutes away to grab something quick.

I can’t say enough good things about our stay at this hotel. The staff was amazing and Kyle at the front desk, helped us out tremendously throughout our stay . The breakfast in the morning was amazing. Our room was clean and comfortable . I can say our expectations were exceeded with this hotel . Cheers !

Security is a Problem
Arrived early and staff was able to quickly get me into a room. Overall the hotel was clean. However, staff still knocked on room door with the do not disturb sign on the door and a staff memeber was in my room cleaning, when I came into the room and the sign was on the door. An unpleasant incident occurred on our floor, the police had to monitor the room overnight, and a Homicide CSI unit was there the next day; we were never offered to change floors. Not one staff memeber said anything to us. This made my stay uncomfortable and we felt unsafe.

I was very happy with the hotel itself and the area it was located in. However I did not appreciate how the staff member in the morning of my departure was towards me and my partner. I was stopped by being shouted at while I was walking away from the hotel after checking out. When I asked why I was stopped, their excuse was because they wanted to double check my email confirmation. Shocking as this was done when I was checking in and wasn’t sure why it had to be done twice when checking out. I was escorted back in the hotel and the reception was not polite at all.
