Our stay began with a less-than-ideal experience. We arrived late for our four-night visit and found ourselves in a room with a window that faced the hotel hallway. The concierge kindly suggested we check back in the morning for a possible room change. We managed to make the best of it for the night.
The following day, after a brief discussion with the staff, a manager escorted us to a new room with a window that opened up to the outside world, which was a welcome change. However, the room itself was quite compact, and the bathroom was similarly small, lacking a shower curtain, making it feel more like a splash zone than a bathroom. We also noticed some overlooked cleanliness issues, including forgotten items under the furniture and stained towels.
While I didn’t expect luxury given the price, I did leave feeling somewhat disappointed, wishing we had chosen a different place. On a positive note, the hotel’s location is excellent—a quick two-minute walk to two tube stations, with numerous grocery stores and pubs nearby.
If you’re considering this hotel, I recommend exploring other options for a more enjoyable stay.
