Cleanliness was ok. We were on the second floor. It was pretty good. Other people I know, were on the the first floor. They were complaining a bit about carpeting in their room. A bit of mustiness, a little dampness. Carpeting needs to be updated. Vinyl flooring would be more updated. $267 + dollars is too much money. Have paid less than that in Niagara Falls, cleaner rooms and more updated.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Our room had a smell of body order. The staff would not provide us with another room. They offer to bring in a dehumidifier and cleaned out the filters of the air conditioner that looked liked it had never been cleaned before.
A decent place but overpriced (small rooms, missing basics like a kettle, and not a convenient location). The grounds was pretty though. Staff were helpful.
The grounds are incredible.
Rooms are clean nd beautiful.
The spa is phenomenal.
All in all, we loved our visit.
The young lady at reception was excellent and breakfast was great.
Beautiful venue. Unfortunately the staff are not of the quality one who’d expect to encounter at a place of this notoriety. It may be a lack of training in some instances, but then the front desk staff was unnecessarily rude when asked about the payment process.
Wonderful facility. Great staff. We enjoyed a special occasion and were very impressed. The highlight of the weekend was a wonderful dinner at the restaurant. The gentleman who helped us was amazing. Don’t lose that guy.
Cozy, historical, inviting. Grounds are gorgeous. Staff is friendly and inviting. Amenities wonderful. Made a great home base for our weekend activities
Not much to do after 6pm, spa was closed and no pool or hot tub. It is surrounded by farmland so nothing to do in that area. Also smelled like manure from surrounding farms. The breakfast was amazing and staff were very attentive. Dinner was over priced and was just okay nothing special. The property is beautiful, however felt that the overall price was way too high for what you get. Would not return to this Inn.
Stay was pleasant. Relaxing and stress buster away from city. They could offer a birthday special for spa services and complimentary champagne would be nice. Overall the prime rib for dinner was fabulous and morning breakfast had great variety. I would recommend a nights stay here.
