Do not stay at this hotel as it's not worth your money. They turn off the ac at night and despite several requests to the staff to keep ac on at nights (my mom has a medical condition and needs to sleep in a cool room). My mom woke up in the middle of the night, the room felt like an oven, her blood pressure was low and she almost fainted. One of the nights the room was so hot that she had to take a cold shower at 3am to have her body temperature cool down. Completely lack of respect and staff could care less about the guests. I spoke to literally almost all of them and they kept promising to fix it and did not fix at all. They look like they are following a script, completely helpless. Ac keeps turning off every hour (or less) and staff will tell you ac is on but it's not true. The worse is they block the ac control in your room so you are not able to adjust or even turn it on during the middle of the night. I have never seen this level of disrespect in any hotel I have stayed in. This was the worse experience in a hotel and would never stay there again. You expect staying in a hilton hotel brand that it would be a good service but not what we experienced. The staff had a list of rooms that had issues with ac and one of them told me they did turn off to save energy which should not be the guest problem as we are paying customers and should be able to use the ac during our stays. We were out during the whole day so we were just asking for ac on at nights. Terrible experience!

The property was quite pleasant and they were able to make a room available for me upon my arrival at 11 AM for no extra cost. They lost a couple points because there was leftover food left in the refrigerator had gone bad. I asked them to remove and they did an order to ventilate the room window open so I returned that evening my room was unbearably hot.

Mixed experience... Positives: great area for access to London, 15 min walk to Kings Cross, 8 min to Angel, good bus route. Clean. Luxurious lobby, gym. Friendly staff. Complimentary cookies. Fridge in room, kettle, tea, coffee but no milk sachets. Negatives: almost double charged via Hilton App, avoid Hilton App if booking through Expedia and make sure to have proof of booking and payment upon arrival! Faulty Air con (room 455) on hottest day of the year so far, conflicting stories from staff on air con, one said maintenance could come and look/ would try to reset and when unsuccessfully reset, was told that it is known to be faulty and we had to change rooms. But upgraded room was much nicer than previous. Not the best view, mediocre breakfast, could be better considering it's a Marco pier restaurant! Was told could not claim any compensation/ free breakfast due to booking via Expedia and not Hilton itself but staff member who tried to help was apologetic and friendly. Also faulty lift near to room so had to use main ones further away! Overall it's a good place for a few nights, staff were friendly and compared to some hotels in London, it's a better option but considering it's a Hilton, there could be some changes made.

Being honest, the place is expensive, the beds were a little hard but you can't argue about the convenience and the excellant breakfasts, the staff too, were lovely and very helpful throughout. I will probably stay here again if i need to be in central London, it's close to the tube, has close by easy dining options available and is generally good. it's just a bit pricey as the downside.

Easy, convenient location in Angel, easy access to Islington and quite a few buses. Staff was very polite and friendly. The room was quiet from the traffic outside but could hear a lot of the hallway riff raff.

Comfortable, clean, spacious and decent service.
Clean, modern comfortable room with space and a great mattress. Everything worked. Kettle and tea, instant coffee and a fridge with milk in. Large safe in room. Modern bathroom that didn't leak and had good quality troweling - and plenty of it. Great secondary double glazing kept the noise from the Pentonville Road at bay. Had dinner one night at the restaurant. Good service but average food. Didn't have breakfast. One stop on the Tube from St Pancras (Angel) or 25 mins walk. Two stops from Euston. All stations on the Northern Line. Would I return? Yes. Leaving aside the food, it's spacious, clean and comfortable plus, within easy reach of mainline train stations.

Not four-star quality. Disappointed.
Tired room. No toilet brush. Safe not working. Door lock card reader unreliable. Air conditioning limited to 2 hours. Dusty fixtures and fittings. Dirty toilet. Limescale on bath, missing grouting, silicone on bath peeling off, stained plug hole in bath. Messy paint jobs from latest refurbishment (2019). Generally, the hotel is showing its age. Staff were accommodating. Breakfast was good but busy and some items were not restocked quickly.
