Really enjoyed our 2 night stay, everything was as expected and we were even able to check in early without a fee. Nice location near tower bridge and Tower Hill tube station.

I liked the locarion neae the London Tower. The rooms were cleaned and comfortable. The barhroom was small, specially the shower but I managed. We had a situation with one of out rooms were we paid for the breakfast at the restaurant with a credit card but the Restaurant Manager reported the breakfast was not.paid for and they locked my family member out.of the room even when there was a credit card registered for incidentals. That was very uncomfortable and I had to talk to two managers to get it sort out even when it was the restaurant managers mistake, not ours. At the end, they only offered to credit the meal...not the best customer service experience for our family.

Overall a nice hotel with comfy beds , staff are very polite and helpful , the rooms could do with a bit of updating ie usb inlets for phones and laptops , rooms are sound proof though and didnt hear a thing the 2 nights we stayed , would stay again
