The hotel is a couple of minutes from Paddington Station so it is easily accessible from any airport via train/bus and tube. Other places in London are also very easy to reach from Paddington Station.
Given that this is a 3 star hotel, we were very satisfied with the triple room that we booked. In the room there was a fan, towels, soap and shower gel, complimentary tee and coffee with electric pot, small refrigerator and a lot of electrical outlets. They can lend you adapter for a deposit of 5 £. The room was clean.
You can book a breakfast in advance or each morning if you decide so. At time of our stay, breakfast was between 7.15-9.30. Continental breakfast was 6 £ and included coffee, tee, juices, milk, cereals, warm toast, boiled and scrambled eggs, 1 type of salami, 1 type of hard cheese, cottage cheese with cream, some cookies and cakes, chocolate spread and fruit. On each table was butter and jam. English breakfast was 9 £ and included all of the above plus you get a plate with 2 sunny side up eggs, slice of baked bacon, a small sausage, two cherry tomatoes, some baked beans and toast.
All staff were very polite and helpful, before the stay via email and during our stay, both at reception and in the breakfast room.
Upon advance notice you can leave your luggage on the day of arrival and day of leave at the reception for free. You can also use free toilet at the first floor (there is also a shower but we didn't ask, so I don't know if it is free).
