I could hear loud music outside of my room, then I realized it was coming from next door at Best Buy. Otherwise a nice property to stay at for a reasonable price

I have stayed at quite a few hotels and this was one of the worst experiences. We arrived at 9:50pm and room was not ready. We were given a key and told to not go to the room until at least 10:30. When we got into the room, bathroom floor wasn't cleaned (hairs on the floor). When we went to the bathroom we noticed there were no towels or toilet paper. As we were sitting in the room around 11pm someone entered the room but left before we could see who they were. I went to the front desk to ensure that another guest wasn't given a key to our room and was told it was the cleaning staff and 'it won't happen again'. We were concerned so tried to lock the doors and noticed the patio door at the back of the room didn't have a working lock. The balcony didn't have dividers so any resident would have been able to enter our room from the back. The next morning we went to take a shower. There was lukewarm water coming out of the lower tap but when switched to shower was freezing cold. We would not stay here again. Terrible experience.

Outsdie doors unlocked . Not Safe. Litter on the grounds and in the hallways. Dirty furniture . dirty windows on many units. The best features were convenient location, Nice in hotel diner and a heated pool .

The trash bin outside our room was overflowing with garbage littering the parking lot and outside our window. The windows layed with filth and crude finger drawings. The sewer seemed to be backed up: being unable to drain baths, leaving a horrible smell throughout the entire hotel room. We needed to keep the bathroom door closed. During and after our stay we were left itchy and found a bunch of black stuff on our skin and then found a bug on the clothes we had laid on the bed. We did not remember to take pictures as we were exhausted from driving all day.

The property is in need of great repair. The hallways are dusty and dirty and lint around and needs a good vacuuming. This is what I would call slum in instead of days in. You have to run the water for 10 minutes before it gets warm, whoever owns this place is a cheapo. The place should be closed down.

There was a horrendous smell of BO or Onions when we walked in. It was disgusting . There was spillage on the floor that clearly wasn’t cleaned. We had no wash cloths only 2 towels. Our balcony had no dividers and we had no access to the balcony as per safety regulations apparently but there was a man right in front of our window smoking so we had to keep the blinds closed for privacy. There was a couch that looked like it hadn’t been washed in centuries and looked like it was in a horror movie. It was not cleanly at all. There were also holes in the room which left us feeling unsafe also.

Room not clean. No facecloths and not enough towels. Booked a room explicitly saying we needed a roll away bed and they did have any. Pool dirty with cigarettes in it. Grounds littered with garbage and birds eating it. People living in the hotel smoking and playing loud music outside their rooms in the courtyard.
