The room marked as B3, was across the road in a residential-looking, unmarked building, outside of the hotel, and not as advertised during the booking. Very basic, with dirty carpets, very small towels, and a tiny shower with only small handwash soap. The worst of all was the mattress with springs I could feel at the surface. Not very good sleep at all.
There are no any facilities like bar or restaurant. Just nothing but a tiny dirty room outside of the so-called hotel.
Another very annoying issue was that during the booking, I wasn't aware of the £100 pre-authorised deposit, but at check-in, a young man in the reception explained it would be released straight after check-out and I accepted it at that point.
However, at check out, a very rude woman at the reception desk said my £100 would be released in 2 weeks time.
I wasn't happy with that at all and and asked for deposit to be unlocked immediately as promised at check-in, but she wouldn't even talk about it, neither about issues related to mattress, saying there is no compensation for it. I asked for her name and position there and she very reluctantly eventually said her name was Seila and she is hotel manager.
It was a very bad experience and too bad value for the money.
I will officially make a complaint via Expedia and expect a serious compensation for the rubbish services I have paid for.
