The service in the restaurant was extremely slow. The corridors on the 9th floor looked like they’d not been vacuumed for a week. The food sat the breakfast buffet was being taken at huge portion levels by many of the residents leaving nothing for others. It just felt like the whole place has rapidly gone down hill. I’ve been using the hotel since 1987 and it’s a shadow of its former self!

The rooms really need a refresh. Even just a fresh coat of paint would make them much better. There were some random hairs in the bathroom and bedroom upon arrival. The fridge was also poorly maintained. Overall a fine stay, I would not pay more than $120 per night.

If you are unlucky, your room is located next to the train track. Even though the window is already double insulated, you can still hear train noise all day. The hotel also charged for your luggage storage after check out and you cannot store your luggage before check in.
