Wir haben nur 1 Nacht als Durchreise hier verbracht. Zimmer und Bett waren sauber und ok. Preis-Leistung: ok. Für Kurzurlaub würden wir wieder kommen.
Das nächste mal genießen wir dann die Bar unten mit schönen Ausblick.
Staff was rude and unsupportive. Their toilet was blocked. Their was a chandelier in a small room whose bulbs were not even working. Its like a motel with 5 star hotel facade.
We got to check in early which was nice but the receptionist was hard to understand. The hotel is very tired and the room was clean but with a need for a modernization. I would say it's fine but wouldn't stay again.
The room was stuffy and hot even with the ac on. I had to shower every morning and night to ensure I felt an inch of cleanliness. The floor was dirty so I always wore shoes whenever I stood up. But most importantly the air in the room was absolutely vile. I had to check out at around 4am in the morning because I could not take it anymore as I was starting to get sick. 2 days have passed and I still feel sick and have been vomiting. Please do not stay here!!!

The staff refused to give me plates for having dinner in the room. They wouldn’t give me wine glasses either. Other hotels that were far less expensive than this one were much more welcoming and willing to help in every way. I was extremely unhappy with the uncooperative staff. Will never come here again.
We booked into a double room without a window but got a free upgrade to a twin room with a window, we just pushed the beds together. The room was nice and big, but a bit dated.
Parking was very expensive, £25 for 24 hours, or £15 from 6 pm to 9am or £3 a hour. The parking prices were not displayed on the website and there was very limited spaces.
I remember when this used to be an elegant upscale hotel. Now it is dated, in need of modernization and seems to be used for very unsavory activities. I will not stay here again until/unless it is made safer and updated.
Booked to stay in double room with double bed, when arrived was given twin told push beds together. The beds move so there’s always a gap. Too tired to fight it out fan on and went to sleep. Woke up boiling fans not working. At checkout told them this and about the double room situation. Staff member gave me some rubbish story about as I booked through third party they change the system. As someone who works in customer relations. Was not impressed and will not be staying again.
