The kitchen was well equipped. The rooms were very clean and tidy and noticeably quiet with a great view of The Shard. It was within easy walking distance of some great local attractions such as Tower Bridge (15-20 minutes) and Borough Market (15-20 minutes). The bed was really comfortable. Staff were super kind and helpful. We felt like the price we paid was very good value for the accommodation we got. Although we didn’t eat here, the food we saw looked lovely. We would highly recommend this place to stay and will definitely be returning!

The low score is due to contacting the hotel several times to discuss the lack of water issue and the staff’s response to that when we stayed there, and them not replying to any messages. Not good customer service at all.

Highly recommend this place. Location is close to the Borough Market and Tower of London. Rooms are big with kitchen and sitting area which is rare for a hotel.

We stayed here for 5 nights and it was excellent. Such a good location. But the hotel was really quiet and the rooms all have kitchens which is so handy as lots of shops nearby. Only concern was the smell of mould in the toilet but it was small
