Easily a 4 or 5* hotel. Staff mostly good, hotel immaculately clean. Didn't matter however as sleep was near impossible with the other patrons being so ignorantly noisy through the 2 nights stayed. So much work had been done to prevent airplane noise, but then use paper thin doors??? They were also holding an event for a group who couldn't eat onions or garlic - end result there should have been a 100 meter exclusion zone around the hotel for anyone who doesn't like the smell of curry. It utterly stank, I like curry but the stenk was so pervasive it was deeply unpleasant. Also our son (1 year old) was sick on our 1st night stay. We had to ask for room service 3 times to get fresh sheets for our bed. This also got the duvet wet but the guy delivering new sheets couldn't feel any wet patch so didn't change.. gross, not for us but the next people staying in the same room

It was very easy to get to Heathrow from here. Hatton Cross station is a few minutes walk from the hotel and it took me less than 10 minutes to get to and from Heathrow. The rooms are spacious for a London hotel.

Good hotel for the price, had a little difficulty entering in the beginning but after that it was good. Room was a bit small but most hotels are in Europe. Would recommend for people who want to travel here in a budget.

The hotel says it was built in 2019, but it must have been remodeled or converted because the layout is weird. Not a big deal, just doesn’t feel like a new hotel. Also no lights in the hallways until a sensor picks up your movement, again not a big deal but still super creepy. Great location if you just need a place to stay close to the airport. The gym was decent.

Building had an overall dinghy feel to it, a combination of public areas being not thoroughly cleaned and not properly maintained. Pool was nice, but out of the way in an odd location and with very limited hours. Food options were quite limited, with the restaurant and cafe sometimes being closed even during advertised open hours. Close to an underground station but not much else. No vending machines or any way to buy a snack once their cafe decides to close for the day.

The was very clean, A great shower and good bed. I did not like that the bed didn’t have a top sheet and the duvet was heavy and hot. The air conditioner kept shutting off. This was reported in the morning and reception guys did respond. Thank you

Room was great - comfortable bed, good shower. I ate in the restaurant one evening and the part Indian themed menu was great, the food lovely but a bit expensive. I didn’t like the fact this hotel doesn’t have a proper bar. I prefer a bar separate from a dining hall. It meant eat and go to bed, nowhere to relax and spend the evening with a few drinks. The other bad point was breakfast, although the quality was good, most of it was cold. I noted many similar complaints before with promises to resolve, surely it can’t be that difficult. Buy new hot plates or whatever is needed!! Overall a good value option for Heathrow or visiting London. Being next to Hatton Cross tube means no waiting around for very expensive Hoppa Stoppa’s.
