J’ai LOUPÉ MON VOL DE LUNDI POUR ATTENDRE JUSQU’a MARDI AVEC TOUS LES DÉBOIRES ET OBLIGATION POUR MOI DE TROUVER UN HÉBERGEMENT SUR PARIS ,JE VOUS DEMANDE UN REMBOURSEMENT DE CETTE JOURNÉE PERDUE,FAUTE D’INFORMATION DE VOTRE PART.
Mon séjour de 2 semaines , à mon arrivée ,il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude dans la salle de bain , La 2ème semaine sur recommandation pour continuer mon séjour, un ballon a été installé .
La restauration est nulle . Mauvaise organisation . Pas de cuisinier attitré , personnel recruté incompétent en cuisine et aussi manque d'ustensile .Pas de four de cuisson, simplement un micro-ondes .
La viande rouge (steak) cuite dans la graisse . Poulet cuit dans une poële , féculents bons . Les dessers très limité.
Pas de bar pour dégustation d'alcool .

Hôtel bien situé par rapport à l'aéroport mais par contre assez éloigné du centre ville (1/2 heure).
Cet hôtel très récent (mars 2016) ne possède que 5 chambres, dans l'attente de l'aménagement des autres étages. Tous les équipements sont neufs.
