"The hotel is clean and comfortable and although there were some hiccups here and there, the staff was very friendly, fast, efficient and full of empathy when we voiced out for help multiple times regardless of the time. They made sure that we felt well taken care of and that our concerns were valid and valued throughout the entire stay.
I would definitely choose this hotel again if I were to revisit Desaru in the future! "
