"Serenity Shores was a good option for our family of seven. Close to the slopes for the skiers in our group and nice space for the family who stayed in doing puzzles, playing games etc. Everyone loved the hot tub. Beautiful views from the front of the house "

"We came to splash mountain with our friends and elementary age kids for our annual NYE getaway. Check in process was easy with the door code. The kids loved the pool and we enjoyed the hot tub. The house is in need of a deep clean and some items are in need of upgrades. The gas fireplace in the main living room didn’t work. Railey sent someone out but they needed to call someone else so it wasn’t resolved during our stay. The second floorPlumbing is also in need of upgrades. Both showers and one sink wouldn’t drain. Railey was able to fix one of them. The floors and carpets all need a good deep clean and thorough mop. A few items were left from previous guests. Overall, we all had a great time, but I’m not sure we would rent the house again. "
