The house alarm went off for 15 minutes last night & the sink in our room didn’t work properly.
Okay for a last minute stay but won’t be back.
Great location for the Liverpool football match and neighborhood, walkable pubs and food
The motion sensor light between the bedroom and bath was overly sensitive, would come on even when no one was nearby
I can not comment about anything regarding the property apart from it looked nice from outside. They took a payment of £40 to secure the booking which Hotels.com said they shouldnt have. Asked me to provide details to pre-authorise a breakages damage which i did and had confirmation of . I was then asked to confirm that we were still going which again i did and it said i could check in on line . When i tried this it wouldn't do it but because i had everything confirmed i wasnt worried until we arrived at the apartment yesterday afternoon and despite ringing, leaving messages and sending an email asking them to get in touch asap no one did. Hotels.com also tried to contact them but didnt get an answer either. After 3 hours of trying to sort this out to no avail we managed to book somewhere else . No where near the venue which was the whole point of booking here . By the time we had checked in at the other place and then i drove back to the venue as it was to late and too far to walk it was 8.15pm when we managed to get into Anfield , we had missed all 3 support acts and only just managed to get sat down before Pink came on stage. All this really spoilt a trip away with my grandaughter . I still havent had any reply to my calls or email . We may have been unlucky with this place but its not good enough .
Was excellent for the location (two blocks from Anfield and right across the street from the Sandon.) However, the house WiFi does not work in unit #6, so that was a bit of a disappointment, although not a disaster.
The location was ideal for visiting the stadium. The check-in and check-out instructions were clear and easy to follow. The cleanliness of the place was immaculate. I highly recommend this accommodation for anyone visiting Anfield.
The room was really hot, there was a beeping noise coming from outside the room and the bathroom fan was on all night. We didnt get a great nights sleep but it was nice and clean. Also, it was confusing how to gain access to the property. The instructions arent clear.
Horrible ! Rooms are quite small- there was no hot water and no one at the property or available to address concerns. We had to leave a voice mail and email and no one responded!
Would not recommend staying here!

Actual hotels are better.
This is not a hotel. It’s a poorly-run airbnb. You will find no pictures of the exterior because it’s just a normal English row house.
That would be fine if there were someone to help if anything goes wrong. There is no one onsite. Most calls to customer service go to voicemail with messages unreturned and when I got a person on phone, her English up and booked something else. Be advised that if this happens to you, Expedia’s policy is no refunds.
A stone throw from Anfield. Walking distance to The Sandon, the pub which started the 2 football clubs. For those driving, you may want to check if you can secure the season parking which is outside the room. If you taking bus from Liverpool city center, take 27 and dropped at Anfield and walk 5 min. Come with satellites TV and met the owner as well. Good stay!
Good affordable option. Room was nicely appointed and comfortable. Good facilities including kitchen and lounge. Great location for Anfield, saved a lot of hassle before and after game.
Only a stones throw for the iconic Anfield football ground if your a red and 4 miles from the racecourse which was perfect for the grand national we attended
Clean and good facilities great for a short stay

The location of the property was very handy , convenient with very good access to public transport. The property is modern and eco friendly with amenities for self catering with a well equipped kitchen. The property has several rooms with a common access using a PIN which is emailed prior. The neighbourhood seemed safe. The overall cleanliness of the property was good but the toilet in the room allocated to us had been used and not cleaned upon our arrival which was disappointing. It would also be helpful to have at least some instant coffee / milk for guests or signpost that this is not the case so guests will know what to expect upon arrival.

Location is great for Anfield
Firstly the sun was shining when we arrived and it was difficult to see where to put the access code, you literally had to be on right next to the door and block the sunshine to even see. the house was very clean but we had a broken toilet seat which I reported straight away, we were offered the use of a toilet downstairs. We were going to Anfield for a concert and were only 2 streets away, a fantastic location for that. Our preference is that you have tea/coffee making facilities in the room but you had to go downstairs to the kitchen to make a drink, we like one first thing in the morning and prefer not to have to make yourself presentable to get a coffee. Also the room was very hot, we couldn't open the window in the bedroom only the bathroom one would open but to leave the bathroom door open to get the draught the light and the fan in the bathroom stayed on. For what we went for it was ok but I wouldn't like to stay any longer. I was worried I wouldn't get the damages payment back because of the toilet seat but it has been paid back in full so thank you for that.
Everything was perfect, the property is right on the doorstep of Anfield so perfect for the football. Easy check in and comfortable room with en suite toilet and shower. We didn’t use the kitchen area but it’s available for tea and coffee. Useful mini Morrisons directly opposite if you need to pick up anything too. Damian and his wife at hand if you need anything, we were honoured to be their first guests for a short stay and hope to return for the next football season.
