It was clean and OK and very conveniently located opposite the airport. The shared areas and room felt a bit dated and in need of a refresh. The shower drain slow and flooded the floor, the finishes a bit basic, and coffee with breakfast not very good.

Veey poor dining facilities. Mainly microwaved meals. The staff who serve need to learn some manners, and actually speak to the guests thry are serving, rather than virtually throw the food at them, rather than being as disinterested as they were! The hotel has no warm feeling about it whatsoever or any atmosphere. All feels very synthetic. Even the reception guy had no idea, when asked, if breakfast was included in the price!. Doubt we will stay here again. Pull your socks up Hilton!! You can do much better.

Unimpressed that despite paying in advance, I then had to pay another £50 deposit on arrival. This was not made clear on booking. Room was fine; the hall light shone very brightly underneath the door, so the room wasn’t dark. Fine for a short airport stay.
