Very comfortable. I stay here often. The amenities are awesome. Small gym, ice machine, indoor pool and spa, washing machines and dryers. I’d live here if I could! Also the rooms seem sound proof. Occasionally I’ll hear a door slam shut but I rarely hear neighbors making noise. Overall, I’m very comfortable here.

Great room, wonderful breakfast, quiet sleep. Only tiny flaw was dining chairs need some repair. The supposed jacuzzi bathtub is just a regular size bathtub with some jets and the enamel was all worn off in our tub, so that was a disappointment. The tub was what made us choose the hotel, as we were sore and achy from working long hours in the cold and looking forward to a soak, but we never even used it. But the room and bathroom are sizable and really nice. Super soft sheets and nice bath products. We will definitely stay here again.

I would be giving it five stars if it hadn’t been for the rock solid hard bed. I did not sleep a wink! But I have never stayed at such a nice hotel with so many amenities for such a good price! Beautiful breakfast, nice gym, excellent hot tub and pool all around a very nice except for the sleeping, which I did not.

The young lady at check in on Saturday was wonderful although the first room she put us in had food on the counter by the sink as we walked in, stuff in the mini fridge and that was enough for us to obviously ask for a new room. Well she then gave us the room right next door that yet again was obviously not cleaned, there was so much dog hair on the rolling chair it was disgusting (so bad it triggered my 9 year olds allergies right away) then there was a dark brown smeared substance on the bed closest to the window. So 3rd times the charm, she moved us to the 2nd floor and it was decent. We did a quick check and wiped surfaces down with clorox wipes we had for our trip and settled in. By night two my sons allergies had just gorltten worse, so we decide we needed to leave the next morning and just come home! I spoke to Expedia and they were like wow you are a understanding person to not have lost it and demanded a refund right away. I agreed but when traveling and arriving late evening in a new town, we wanted food, shower and sleep. I simply asked Expedia to request my one nihht refund that i wouldnt be staying since i just couldnt handle the Yuck and he stated absolutely but had to call the hotel. The young lady working in the morning told them the management would be in shortly and they could help with this issue. Well i got home last night at 11pm after driving 10.5 hours and i hesr that my refund was denied? This place has some management issues!

nice hotel staff is super nice especially the girl at the front desk. Breakfast was eggs waffles sausage cereal milk oj fruit bagels it was a good amount... inside pool is amazing the hot tub was extra warm how i like it. the suana wasnt working but thats ok

We were visiting relatives in Livermore and our granddaughter raved about the hotel. The bed was extremely comfortable. The hotel was quiet. Loved being able to get coffee at any time, day or night. There was a flock of turkeys grazing on the grounds! Very picturesque.
