MODERN CABIN, UNBEATABLE LOCATION ON LAKE GASTON- LIZARD CABIN

This is Lizard Cabin, located on beautiful Lake Gaston, back on the rental market after a major renovation. Once you walk inside, you will be surrounded with the warm feel of wood and other natural surfaces. Furnishings include a mix of live edge, driftwood and other custom made pieces.

Boasting one of the largest flat lakeside lots on the lake, Lizard Cabin has plenty of room for fun and relaxation. This newly remodeled log cabin includes a massive kitchen with new appliances and an island the size of a ping pong table seating up to 9 people with legs underneath, 12 plus if a few sit "side saddle" (this is how we do it). From the moment you walk in the door, you will be welcomed by wide lake views with the sun coming up right across the creek. Be sure to get out on the 25x30 covered porch early with your coffee to catch the show.

The unique part about this property is the size of the indoor and outdoor common areas. In addition to the huge kitchen and massive porch, where you will spend most of your time, you will have a covered parking/play area and a 20x20 play room with large screen tv and accent lights for movie time. The living room is perfect for a chilly rainy evening in front of the wood stove or a game on the black walnut live edge table. We also have 2 hanging swings that can be hung in the kitchen/living room or in the play room. The foot stool also coverts into a game table if you want to play a game in front of the fire. When you are ready to wash up, you will be pampered by our 4x6 walking shower with 3 heads and towel warmer.

Bedrooms include a mix of king, queen, and bunk beds, plus a trundle bed. If you are adventurous you can sleep in the hammock on the covered porch.

At the dock we have a refrigerator for your refreshments, large floating mat, kayak, standup paddle board, canoe and built-in bluetooth speaker. The lakeside fire pit is beautiful at night under the stars.

For those with mobility difficulties, towel racks in main bathroom (excluding heated) are grab bars, multiple grab bars in main shower with low step over entry. The entry to the cabin is 2 steps up. Down at the lake, our dock has no stairs and our shoreline is zero entry.

Every ad will say that their location is perfect. All we will say is that Lizard Cabin is located 2 minutes from the Food Lion, multiple restaurants and shopping opportunities.
